Advanced Options
In the advanced options section, you can set further limitations and customizations for the upgrade offers. You can make sure upgrades are not offered to guests when your inventory for a specific room type is low, you can limit the offers by booking source or reservation status and add more email addresses that will receive a notification every time an offer is booked.
Limit Room upgrade offers by inventory
You can limit room upgrades by the number of available rooms you have left. We will stop offering the upgrade when you have fewer rooms in your inventory than the number you select below.
For example, in the image below the option to upgrades to a “Deluxe King” will not be visible to guest once there are less than 2 “Deluxe King” rooms available in the inventory for a specific date.
