To sync your Flatswire account with Duve please follow these 6 steps:
If you are an existing Duve user – go to ‘Settings’ and click on “Add new source” in the “Connect & sync” section – then follow this guide from step 3.
- Go throw the registration steps, and select “Flatswire” as your PMS.
- You will be asked to enter your Flatswire account ID. Contact Flatswire support to receive your ID and paste it into the designated field. Then click connect.
That’s it! your Flatswire and Duve accounts are now synced, and you can start using Duve (you can see all your properties information on the rental page and the reservation information on the information page).
Duve will sync from your Flatswire account:
- Reservation data of your guests.
- Property data.
