System Notifications

Duve includes user notifications to alert users of any changes or activity that may concern them. Users may receive different notifications based on the user type (see detailed list below). You can learn more about Duve notifications using our live system tour

Each user is able to edit the notifications they receive by going to the profile on the bottom left corner of the menu and clicking ‘Edit Profile’. 

You will then be able to edit and select what notification you wish to receive in the system and via email. 

The Notifications panel in the top right corner will only display the notifications selected below. 
 
The unselected notifications will be visible in the log panel near it.

This is how it will look on your Duve Frontdesk:
Each new notification will be shown with a red dot.
You can mark each notification as read by clicking on it, or ‘select all‘ and mark all the notifications as read in one click.

Default Notifications by user types:

Manager: 

  • System notification
  • Reservation full sync
  • Error syncing reservations
  • Assigned to
  • Mentioned
  • General task assigned
  • Check in assigned
  • Check out assigned
  • Cleaning assigned
  • Failed to authenticate security deposit

 

Emails:

  • Error syncing reservations
  • Assigned to
  • Mentioned
  • General task assigned
  • Failed to authenticate security deposit
